What is your shipping policy for fragile items?

We understand that chips and cookies are delicate. We use heavy-duty boxes and protective air-cushioning to ensure your snacks arrive in one piece, regardless of how far they travel.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the US and to Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.

What happens if my snacks melt during transit?

While we cannot control the weather, we offer optional insulated packaging and cold packs for chocolate-based items. If an item arrives completely unusable, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
